Monthly maintenance is generally to check the roller, intermediate shaft, oil cylinder, pin shaft, boom hinge shaft and bearing of the hydraulic lifting platform to see whether there is wear, debug the hydraulic lifting platform to see whether it works normally, add and inject some lubricating oil into each part to make the equipment operate more efficiently, prolong the service life of the bearing, and check the hydraulic oil quality in time, If the hydraulic oil becomes dark, sticky, or mixed with gravel and other foreign matters, clean and replace the hydraulic oil in time (usually replace 32# hydraulic oil)

Year end maintenance usually means that after one year of use, the hydraulic lifting platform shall be inspected and cleaned in all aspects, and the hydraulic pipes and joints shall be inspected to see whether the pipes are broken and whether the interfaces are loose. If the pipes are broken, the pipes shall be replaced, and if the joints are loose, the joints shall be tightened.

Remove and disassemble the lowering valve, blow out the plunger with compressed air, then install it and reinstall it. Drain and discard the hydraulic oil, tighten the joint, take out the oil filter, clean it with compressed air after washing, then put it back into the oil tank and connect the pipeline. (replace with new oil and do not continue to use the old oil. Otherwise, the moving parts in the system will accelerate wear.

Generally, if the good monthly maintenance is done well, the annual maintenance does not need to do much work.
