Oil filter is an important component of hydraulic lifting platform. The types of oil filter are different according to different classification methods. For example, according to the different materials and structural forms of the filter element, the oil filter can also be divided into many forms, including mesh type, wire gap type, paper filter element type, sintered oil filter and magnetic oil filter, etc; According to different positions, it can be divided into suction filter, pressure filter and oil return filter.
In the hydraulic lifting platform, the filter element of the common mesh oil filter takes copper mesh as the filter material, and one or two layers of copper wire mesh are wrapped on the plastic or metal cylindrical skeleton with many holes around. Therefore, the number of layers of copper mesh and the size of mesh are the main factors determining the filtration accuracy. Because of its simple structure, it has strong oil passing capacity and convenient cleaning.
The wire gap oil filter is mainly composed of steel wire or aluminum wire tightly wound on the outside of the cylindrical framework to filter the impurities mixed into the liquid by relying on the small gap between copper wires. Although the filtering accuracy is higher than that of the mesh oil filter, there are also disadvantages, that is, it is not easy to clean and the strength of the filter element is low.
For the oil filter, the higher its working pressure, the smaller the clearance between the relatively moving parts in the hydraulic components, and the higher the required filtering accuracy. However, the general requirement is that the particle diameter shall not exceed half of the gap value. According to the different requirements of different customers, the accuracy is different, and the oil filter selected is also different. For example, in the servo system, because the gap between the valve core and the valve sleeve is relatively small, it is necessary to use an ultra-fine oil filter to meet the standard.
