(2) The physical condition of personnel working at heights shall meet the safety requirements. For example, personnel with hypertension, heart disease, anemia, epilepsy and other unsuitable for high-altitude operation are not allowed to engage in high-altitude operation; Stop working at heights for personnel with excessive fatigue, low spirit and low mood; It is forbidden to work at heights after drinking. (3) Personal dress of personnel working at heights shall meet safety requirements. For example, safety helmet, safety belt and relevant labor protection articles shall be provided according to actual needs; Do not wear high heels, slippers or work barefoot; Wear soft soled anti-skid shoes when working at heights in the air. It is not allowed to climb the scaffold or take the basket of the material well frame, or jump up and down from a high place. (4) Various scaffolds shall be erected according to the specified requirements. For example, when the shelf height reaches more than 3m, two guardrails shall be bound on each floor, a toe board shall be set, the scaffold board shall be paved tightly, the board head and row wood shall be bound firmly, and the probe board shall not be left. When using bridge scaffold, special attention shall be paid to whether the bridge pile and wall are firmly and properly jacked. When raising and lowering the bridge, the safety rope shall be hung, and the lifting at both ends of the bridge shall be kept synchronous. Workers lifting the bridge shall hang the safety belt on the column of the bridge. The sling tools for lifting the bridge shall comply with the provisions of design standards and safety regulations. When using the hanging basket rack and hanging rack, the lifting sling must be firm. When the hanging basket rack is in use, it is also necessary to hang the safety rope or safety fixture. When lifting the basket, the safety rope shall be adjusted with the lifting and shall not be removed. Both sides and outside of the hanging basket rack and hanging rack shall be tightly sealed with nets. For construction projects above 4m, a safety net with a width of 3 ~ 6m shall be set on the first floor of the building. In case of high-rise construction, a 3M wide fixed safety net shall be supported every four floors above the safety net on the first floor. If the vertical net is used for protection on the construction layer, it shall be ensured that the vertical net is more than 1m higher than the building, and the vertical net shall be overlapped tightly. The specification and quality shall be guaranteed, and the use shall be safe and reliable. (6) Do a good job in safety protection at the entrance. The specific method is the same as the prevention and control measures of portal falling accident. (7) When using high stool and ladder, only one person is allowed to operate on a single ladder, and the supporting angle is 60 ° ~ 70 °. Anti skid measures shall be taken for the lower foot of the ladder. When erecting herringbone ladder, the included angle of the two ladders shall be maintained at 40 °, and the two ladders shall be firm. No person is allowed to stand on the ladder when moving the ladder. When using high stool, only one person is allowed to stand on a single stool. After the double stool is supported, the distance between the two stools shall not exceed 3M. If higher ladders and benches are used, corresponding safety measures shall be taken as required. (8) When there is no reliable protective facilities, safety belt must be worn for high-altitude operation, otherwise it is not allowed to work at heights. At the same time, the quality of safety belt must meet the safety requirements for use, and it is necessary to hang it high and use it low.
